Sandy serves as the HR Manager at Dam Lawyers, where she plays an integral role in supporting the firm’s daily operations and maintaining an efficient, welcoming office environment. With strong organisational skills and close attention to detail, Sandy helps ensure the firm runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Her responsibilities include assisting with payroll, bookkeeping, and office maintenance, all of which are essential to the firm’s continued success. Sandy’s work allows the team to focus on providing high-quality legal services while knowing the firm’s administrative and operational needs are well managed.

Sandy is fluent in both English and Vietnamese, allowing her to effectively assist a diverse client base. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring new places to eat and enjoy delicious food.

Dannii Ho is the Office Manager at Dam Lawyers, where she plays a key role in keeping the day-to-day operations of the firm running smoothly. With a strong focus on organisation, efficiency, and client service, Dannii ensures that both the legal team and clients are supported at every stage.

She is often the first point of contact for clients and takes pride in creating a welcoming and professional environment. Dannii works closely with the team to manage workflows, coordinate administrative processes, and maintain the high standards the firm is known for.

Outside of the office, Dannii enjoys unwinding with video games and keeping up with the NRL. She is a dedicated supporter of the Melbourne Storm and the Brisbane Broncos, and rarely misses a game.

The Compassionate Advocate

Meet Aaron, Dam Lawyers' dedicated Solicitor specialising in Property Law. Armed with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland, along with a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, Aaron was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in June 2025 and has since hit the ground running. His practice focuses on conveyancing, disclosure statements, and the review of REIQ, off-the-plan, and manufactured home contracts, as well as site agreements and leases.

Aaron's path to law was shaped by a deeply personal experience. Watching his mother navigate a prolonged legal battle following a serious workplace injury, and witnessing first-hand the toll that poor communication and inadequate guidance can take, left a lasting impression on him. That experience became the foundation of his commitment to practising law with compassion, transparency, and professionalism, ensuring every client feels informed and supported throughout the entire process.
